Your Executive Health membership begins with the cornerstone of our program: a comprehensive 2-hour annual physical with one of our dedicated physicians. This in-depth appointment is your opportunity to share your medical history, discuss your wellness goals, and collaborate with your doctor to create a tailored health plan for the coming year. Together, you and your doctor will lay the foundation for a year focused on improving your well-being.

If you have any concerns throughout the year, your physician and nurse are only a phone call away, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., or available through messages in our patient portal. All visits can be accommodated in-clinic, at-home, worksite or via telemedicine.
