Julie Radico, Psy.D., ABPP, ACC
Dr. Julie Radico is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Certified Coach, author, and public speaker. She is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of Radico Psychological and Consultation Services, LLC where she provides one-on-one coaching, consulting and therapy services. Integrating Solution Focused, Problem Solving, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, Dr. Radico works with clients to harness motivation, advocate for themselves, prioritize their values, and pursue achievable goals. Dr. Radico holds two master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology and Clinical Health Psychology as well as her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Dr. Radico served as an Associate Professor in Behavioral Medicine at Penn State Hershey Medical Center Department of Family Medicine for 8 years and continues to hold an adjunct faculty appointment.

Nicole Helverson, Psy.D
Dr. Nicole Helverson is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in private practice, author, and advocate for intentional, balanced living. For over a decade, she has helped individuals navigate life’s challenges, build confidence, and develop a stronger, more compassionate relationship with themselves. Dr. Helverson takes an integrative, holistic approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, Solution-Focused Therapy, and self-compassion strategies. Her work is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, supporting meaningful and sustainable personal growth. She earned her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she also completed two master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology & Counseling and Clinical Health Psychology.
